Comment: I was interested in this course because I am chronically fatigued. This course offered insight into coping methods I may be able to use for myself and for my patients who have similar symptoms. Although having a diagnosis of CFS would be helpful there is nothing suggested in the course material that would be detrimental if practiced without the diagnosis. For myself, I will make the lifestyle changes suggested in the course material to see if there is any improvement in my symptoms. Testing for underlying causes can be performed if no improvement is seen. Thank you for the insight I needed to try and deal with the symptoms I have been experiencing.
