Comment: Would like more info about friendships with clients. E.g. what if you already know/are friends with someone who wants you to treat them? What if a client/past client sends a friend request on social media? What if a client family invites you to a birthday party? Etc.

Comment: I prefer some form of interactive material. It would be easier to watch a few videos interspersed to to have even more examples and/or stories to illustrate a principle being taught, but overall the material was exactly what I needed and to the point. Thanks!

Comment: A 9 is probably the highest score I ever give; I like to leave room in case I forgot something & remember later. The course was clear, easy to access, and I appreciated the case studies at the end. They kept my attention, but moreover, made it easy to understand and will help me to remember if a real situation occurs.
