Comment: As a COTA, I wasn't able to comprehend as much as the info was more PT driven, however, I was able to
learn about the various injuries that runners have to be aware of in this physically demanding activity. I often run around playing Frisbee catch and have to be aware of knee pivoting during sudden movements in my own realm of playing, and have found the course very helpful and to be careful as I age and want to play safely as long as I can.

Comment: I Really enjoyed this course...great insight for an OTA...i consider a holistic approach during mobility training, balance, and postural positioning for the return of function during activities that pose a fall risk...this course was very enlightening and provided me with valuable information regarding considerations for symmetry, pain, and load for specific muscle groups...thanks again.

Comment: From a sensory perspective, ( I am an OT ) this course was a visual an auditory pleasure, there was not sensory overload, the material was sequenced well, clear, dynamic, portable, and usable every day for everyone, ourselves, patients and friends.
Great course ! No entry level nonsense with dwelling on basic anatomy, all meat no smoke. Awesome !
